Job Overview :-
The company is hiring a Supervisor-Level Electrical Technician for an Oil and Gas Shutdown Project in Oman. The role requires expertise in handling high-voltage systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring all electrical operations comply with safety standards. This position is ideal for those with strong leadership, technical, and maintenance experience who are seeking Supervisor Electrical Jobs in Oman.
Key Requirements :-
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Must be Permit Receiver / Permit Holder / Permit Applicable
- Strong knowledge of HV, MV, and LV systems, including switchgear, motors, transformers, and control circuits
- Must have valid LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space, and Working at Height certificates
- Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing & speaking)
- Experience using Microsoft software and SAP preferred
Key Responsibilities :-
- Supervise and lead maintenance and repair of electrical systems, panels, and components
- Troubleshoot switchgear, transformers, and control circuits
- Ensure compliance with PTW (Permit to Work), LOTO, and safety standards
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and technical reporting
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary electrical teams to ensure smooth and safe plant operations
- Support shutdown and startup activities as per project schedule
