SALE EXECUTIVE (Construction Chemicals) – Muscat, Oman

Job Location: Muscat, Oman
Employment Type: Full-time
Interview Process: Virtual or In-person

Requirements :

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Marketing
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction chemicals & building materials sales (Middle East experience mandatory; Oman preferred)
  • Language: English (written & spoken)
  • Industry Knowledge: Civil construction sector experience

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Growth:

  • Hunt for new accounts and act as primary negotiator for key Al Amana product segments
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and improve sales through end-users
  • Sell complimentary products to enhance Al Amana product range performance

2. Strategic Account Management:

  • Develop penetration strategies by analyzing opportunities and decision-making dynamics
  • Secure product specifications for targeted projects/company standards
  • Negotiate pricing agreements to improve account profitability

3. Technical & Operational Excellence:

  • Deliver technical presentations at client offices
  • Maintain precise business activity reports and customer databases
  • Represent Al Amana professionally per company policies

4. Marketing Collaboration:

  • Invite key decision-makers to marketing events
  • Participate in product knowledge coaching sessions
