Available Positions

HR EXECUTIVE CUM TELECALLER

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with management
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
  • Maintain candidate database, follow-ups, and joining formalities
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and employee files
  • Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, leave updates, and basic payroll inputs
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure smooth internal communication

Telecaller :

  • Make outbound calls to candidates and follow up regularly
  • Handle incoming calls when required
  • Maintain call logs, follow-up lists, and status reports
  • Represent the company professionally on every call

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, telecalling, or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage)
  • Confident phone-handling skills with strong follow-up ability
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask independently
  • Energetic personality with a positive, target-driven mindset
  • (Knowledge of Oman Labour Law is a plus but not mandatory)
