Eligibility Criteria

1. The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
2. The candidate may have held the position of Chief Manager at any PSU Bank when they retired.
3. Those who have successfully completed JAIIB and retired from the Bank of Baroda as a clerk are also eligible to apply for the position.
4. Candidates who are retired must have at least three years of experience in rural banking.
5. Candidates who are already Bank of Baroda Business Correspondents and are applying for a position extension must be older than 65.
6. All other applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
7. Candidates must possess sufficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, emailing, the internet, and other programmes.
8. those who possess credentials such as a Master of Science in Information Technology, a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, a Master of Computer Applications, or a Master of Business Administration
