Position : Accounts & Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounts & HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing a range of financial and human resource tasks, ensuring smooth internal processes and regulatory compliance.
Finance & Accounting Duties:
- Handle payroll processing, budgeting, and financial audits
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including transactions, invoices, and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee attendance tracking
- Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, including employee files and compliance records
- Support HR initiatives related to performance, training, and policy enforcement
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a combined HR and accounting role
