Available Position
Human Resources Generalist
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Industry: Retail / Perfume
- Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Oversee the full-cycle payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Lead and support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits and compensation programs
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Human Resources
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee benefit programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the retail or perfume industry is a strong advantage
- Must be available to work on-site in Dubai
