Required Qualification for Helpdesk Operator
- Good knowledge & experience in facilities management Industry, is preferred.
- 1+ Years experience in a similar position in a reputable facilities management company in UAE.
- Good verbal & writing communication & customer services skills.
- Good knowledge in CAFM system (FSI).
- Ability to perform the administrative duties.
- Sufficient skills of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel).
