SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

  • Location: Muscat, Oman
  • Company: Al Obaidani Stores (Manufacturers & Retailers)
  • Reports To: CEO / Managing Director

This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about driving business growth, enhancing brand image, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Sales & Marketing Manager job in Oman will play a key role in shaping the company’s market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity and market share.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital marketing initiatives that engage customers.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Build partnerships to expand brand reach within Oman and GCC markets.

Digital & Retail Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, e-commerce platforms, and online customer engagement.
  • Improve in-store marketing and visual merchandising to enhance customer experience and sales conversion.
  • Track and evaluate marketing ROI to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Set and manage sales targets across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Monitor store performance and implement effective sales improvement strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and explore market expansion possibilities in the GCC.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to deliver strong results.
  • Encourage innovation, creativity, and collaboration to meet company goals.
  • Align all marketing and sales activities with the brand’s long-term strategic vision.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in Sales & Marketing with at least 5 years in a managerial role (retail, fashion, apparel, or FMCG).
  • Proven success in brand building, marketing campaigns, and achieving sales growth.
  • Strong command of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Languages: English and Arabic (preferred).
