HR Manager
Aster Hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented candidate with 8–12 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. The HR Manager will play a key role in overseeing human resources operations, employee engagement programs, and strategic HR initiatives to support the hospital’s growth and workforce needs.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about people management, culture development, and organizational success in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
