Position: Business Development Executive

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Knowledge of integrated security systems such as CCTV, access control, and biometric technology is a must.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Must be proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals.
- Promote and sell integrated security solutions including CCTV, access control, and biometric systems.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
- Meet sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
