Coca-Cola Al Ahlia is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead sales operations and achieve key performance objectives across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales volume, ensuring market coverage, and maintaining excellent relationships with distributors and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for volume, distribution, and visibility.
- Conduct market visits and route rides to ensure efficient execution of sales strategies.
- Strengthen customer relationships through exceptional service and regular engagement.
- Ensure proper utilization of cold drink equipment and adherence to brand visibility standards.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through continuous feedback and coaching.
Requirements
✅ 4–5 years of FMCG or soft drinks sales experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
✅ Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing field teams.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and customer-relationship skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
✅ Excellent knowledge of market operations, distribution channels, and merchandising standards.
