Available Positions
Quantity Surveyor (Landscape Division)
Qualification: Degree in Quantity Surveying
Experience: 2–3 Years
As a Quantity Surveyor in our landscape division, you will be responsible for the financial and contractual management of landscape projects. You will play a crucial role in cost control, budget planning, and project evaluation.
Key Skills Required:
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare accurate cost projections and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- BOQ Preparation: Create detailed Bills of Quantities in line with project specifications and drawings.
- Contract Management: Handle contract documents, correspondence, and compliance to protect the company’s interests.
- Measurement & Valuation: Monitor site work progress, conduct valuations, and prepare reports for timely invoicing and project tracking.
Landscape Architect
Qualification: Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
Experience: 2–3 Years in Landscaping Design
As a Landscape Architect, you will be involved in designing beautiful, sustainable, and functional outdoor spaces. Your creative vision and technical expertise will help transform ideas into visually appealing and environmentally conscious landscapes.
Key Skills Required:
- Design Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, Photoshop, Lumion, Twinmotion
- 3D Visualization & Rendering: Develop realistic 3D models and design concepts for client presentations.
- Site Planning & Landscaping Design: Plan layouts, select plant materials, and design hardscape elements in accordance with project requirements and sustainability goals.
