Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Al Riyadh Office, Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: 1 to 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send accurate sales invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
- Follow up diligently on overdue balances via emails, phone calls, or on-site visits when necessary.
- Resolve payment discrepancies by coordinating with the accounting and sales departments.
- Collect and verify all required documentation for new customer onboarding.
- Review and assess customer credit limits on an annual basis.
Candidate Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for handling customer interactions.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
