Position: Maintenance Planning Section Head
Location: Port Said, Egypt
Company: Egyptian Propylene & Polypropylene (EPP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance planning department to ensure effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of all plant maintenance activities.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans aligned with plant reliability and production targets.
- Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely and safe maintenance execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance activities and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Utilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, spare parts, and documentation efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and industry regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and leadership roles, ideally within petrochemical or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in large-scale industrial operations.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to analyze data and maintenance KPIs to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
