Current Job Vacancies
The company is urgently looking to fill the following positions:
- Senior Architect – Site Finishes
- Expertise in exterior and architectural site finishes for hospitality projects.
- Senior Architect – Interior, Joinery & Fit-out Site Works
- Strong experience in managing interior works, detailed joinery, and high-end fit-outs for luxury hotel environments.
- Electrical Engineer
- Experience in site supervision, coordination, and execution of electrical works for 5-star hospitality or similar high-specification projects.
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet all the following criteria:
- Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience in architecture (for Senior Architect roles).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering. (Note: Civil Engineering graduates will not be shortlisted for architectural positions.)
- At least 10 years of GCC experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on luxury hotels, high-end finishing, and fit-out projects.
- Must currently reside in Oman and be available for immediate joining.
- Main Contractor experience is mandatory for all positions.
- Proven ability to manage site coordination, quality control, and finishing schedules for high-profile hospitality developments.
