Job Role: Female Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of indoor and outdoor live and artificial plants. This role involves direct interaction with corporate clients, ministries, and walk-in customers, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell live and artificial plants for both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Handle sales in the retail store and maintain high customer service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ministries, and government organizations.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns to promote the brand.
- Stay updated on plant care, seasonal offerings, and new trends in horticulture to better serve customers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the horticulture or landscaping industry.
- A genuine passion for plants and gardening is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is an added advantage.
