MANAGER , SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 is seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead growth initiatives in the 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 (cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, loading & unloading, support staff etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients across Oman, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and service excellence.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oman market across sectors such as corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and government.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share in soft services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
  • Represent Majan Facilities Management at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in facilities management (soft services).
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and retention preferably in the Oman or GCC market.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end tendering process, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Oman driving license preferred.
