COMPLIANCE MONITORING MANAGER
OAA is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Monitoring Manager to oversee and ensure the organization’s adherence to regulatory standards. This key role will involve managing the academy’s compliance systems, conducting audits, and maintaining up-to-date records in line with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and international aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the internal compliance monitoring system.
- Conduct regular audits across all operational departments.
- Ensure continuous compliance with national and international aviation standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and compliance summaries for senior management.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to close findings and maintain quality assurance.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, or a related field.
