Available Position
Senior HVAC Engineer
As a Senior HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for leading all HVAC-related activities from the design phase to project handover. You will ensure that all systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to meet both project specifications and UAE building code requirements.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in HVAC engineering, preferably within UAE high-rise construction projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing, installing, and commissioning HVAC systems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE HVAC codes, standards, and compliance procedures.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC design reviews and coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems in high-rise projects.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, project schedules, and progress updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related technical challenges.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely project delivery.
