Job Position: Safety Officer

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain safety records, permits, and incident logs
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
- NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent HSE qualification is mandatory
- Minimum of 3–5 years of UAE experience, preferably in construction or aluminium manufacturing
- Solid understanding of UAE HSE regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills
