About the Role

The Sales Manager – Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) will play a key role in expanding business opportunities within Oman’s Oil & Gas sector. The position requires expertise in rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and mechanical seals. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in managing complex sales cycles, handling EPC clients, and developing long-term partnerships across the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share in the rotating equipment segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with EPC contractors, end-users, and project consultants.
  • Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and contribute to overall company profitability.

Qualifications & Experience :-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales or business development of rotating equipment.
  • Previous Oman experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, and related mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Valid driving license; Oman driving license preferred.
