Job Type: Full-Time
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all site activities related to steel structure erection, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications. The role demands practical field experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to steel structure erection at project sites.
- Ensure that work is carried out as per engineering drawings, safety guidelines, and project timelines.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain smooth site operations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Inspect and verify the alignment, welding, bolting, and finishing of steel structures.
- Maintain daily site reports and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in steel structure erection.
✅ Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
✅ Strong knowledge of industrial building and warehouse construction.
