Available Position
Supervisor (Equipment) in Muscat
The Supervisor (Equipment) will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of heavy earth-moving equipment, construction machinery, and heavy-duty vehicles. The position involves ensuring operational efficiency, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards across all workshop operations. This role is ideal for technically skilled supervisors who are detail-oriented and capable of managing a team of mechanics in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Supervising and guiding a team of mechanics and technicians in performing daily repair and maintenance activities.
- Diagnosing defects, faults, and mechanical issues in heavy equipment to determine repair needs.
- Allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring the timely completion of critical repairs.
- Reviewing inspection and diagnostic reports for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Planning, forecasting, and requisitioning spare parts and materials as required.
- Maintaining detailed maintenance and repair documentation.
- Enforcing safety protocols and workshop compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications & Experience :-
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair within the construction, mining, or transportation industry.
