Role: Digital Marketing & Office Assistant (OMANI)

As a Digital Marketing & Office Assistant, you will play a dual role—supporting the marketing team in digital campaigns while also assisting with office coordination and e-commerce tasks. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, office coordination, or e-commerce support Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
  3. Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing online marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor online performance metrics and customer feedback for marketing insights & do strategic planning.
  • Knowledge about SEO -Arabic & English.
  • Aware of Social Media Management and content writing -Arabic & English
  • Coordinate with SME businesses and vendors to promote local Omani products through digital channels.
  • Propose and implement ideas to boost platform engagement and visibility.

Office Administration

  • Support document handling, communicating for vendor onboarding and compliance.
  • Visit government bodies, banks, and other institutions for documentation and official tasks as needed.
  • Assistance in Arabic wherever is required.

E-Commerce Coordination

  • Support vendor communication, training, and platform onboarding.
  • Coordinate updates for product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Help maintain the quality and performance of the e-commerce portal in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
