GUEST RELATIONS AGENT
- Degree in Hospitality Management/1-2 years in a front office, customer service role (hotel/resort experience preferred)/ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, who can connect with our diverse guest base by speaking Russian, Polish, or Uzbek.
ROOM ATTENDANT
- At least high school graduate/preferably with housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort environment/basic English communication skills/customer service skills/trustworthy and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
SOUS CHEF
- Culinary Art degree/food safety & hygiene certificate/2 years’ experience in a hotel or resort environment
- Strong international cuisines
- Ability to develop menus
- Cost recipes and manage food inventory; strong time management and organizational skills; operational knowledge specially on budgeting and food cost control practices.
COMMI 1
- At least high school graduate; Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate; 1-2 years’ experience in a resort environment
- Strong basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations; experience in basic food preparation; knife handling; kitchen sanitation; skilled in mis- en-plas; familiar with kitchen equipment; team player; fluent in English.
BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
- Preferred with Hotel Management diploma; Food Safety & Hygiene Certification; 2-3 years’ experience working in the resort environment; operational knowledge (restaurant & bar); knowledge of Point of Sale; capable of inventory control; cost management; fluent in English; multi-language is an advantage; Customer Service skills.
WAITER / WAITRESSES
- At least high school graduate; Food Safety & Hygiene certificate; prior experience in F & B service in a resort environment is preferred; Customer Service Skills; fluent in English (other language is an advantage).
