- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- The candidate may have held the position of Chief Manager at any PSU Bank when they retired.
- Those who have successfully completed JAIIB and retired from the Bank of Baroda as a clerk are also eligible to apply for the position.
- Candidates who are retired must have at least three years of experience in rural banking.
- Candidates who are already Bank of Baroda Business Correspondents and are applying for a position extension must be older than 65.
- All other applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Candidates must possess sufficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, emailing, the internet, and other programmes.
- those who possess credentials such as a Master of Science in Information Technology, a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, a Master of Computer Applications, or a Master of Business Administration
