Description
The primary responsibility of this position will be to evaluate Business Vehicle Loans and Mortgage Loans for Companies and Self-employed Clients. The credit underwriting unit is in charge of cautious loaning by performing adequate checks at different levels of both internal and external systems to verify existing loan or repayment history. The debt to Income Ratio confirms that credit reviews held in accordance with company policy and that all important legal documents such as the Memorandum of Association MOA Trade LicenseTL Power of AttorneyPOA and other documents analyzed and approved. The case is evaluated and forwarded for review if it does not meet the policy criteria. The deviation go up with appropriate mitigants. Ensure that all checks are completed and that Sales is contacted within the time frame specified.
What does it take to qualify?
Graduate or postgraduate with equivalent experience in a similar industry and role. In the UAE, have 23 years of underwriting experience in the company and self-employed segments. An analytical and reasonable approach to both risk and reward
