Both positions are initially offered for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
1. Chief Engineer – Projects & Civil Works
KSRTC is recruiting one Chief Engineer (Projects & Civil Works). Candidates should possess a B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by the University of Kerala.
Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction of buildings. The notification also mentions retired Chief Engineers from PWD/CPWD who have been engaged in construction and design of major buildings.
Candidates familiar with government procedures, multi-storey building design, AutoCAD, Excel, project management software, PRICE software for estimate preparation, measurement books/e-Measurement books, e-tendering, bill preparation, and PMC-related works will receive preference and weightage in selection.
2. Assistant Executive Engineer – Electrical
One vacancy is available for Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical). Applicants must have a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by the University of Kerala.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience as an Assistant Engineer (Electrical) or equivalent in Government departments, Government projects, or with an A Class Contractor.
The position carries a consolidated pay of ₹50,000 per month.

Selection Process
Applications will first undergo scrutiny, after which eligible candidates may be shortlisted for further selection. The selection will be based on an interview of shortlisted candidates. KSRTC/CMD may also introduce an additional selection process if required.
