About The Job Position
To organize and oversee the implementation of the Group’s retail/building projects from start to finish by successfully managing Clients, Principals, Landlords, statutory authorities, contractors, materials procurement, and all applicable/ obtainable resources to guarantee completion of the project within the accepted specification/quality standards, finances, and deadlines in order to meet clients’ conveyed aims.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a technical qualification relevant to construction project management is necessary.
- Alternatively, a tertiary qualification combined with extensive construction industry expertise is supplemented by on-the-job learning for each level.
- 8 to 10 years of construction industry experience, with the latter years spent in a responsible project management role
