Job Objective:
Responsible for managing Settlement duties within Card Operations in Retail Operations through end-to-end holdings and guaranteeing that all operations dealt with by Off-shore Partners, such as Settlement Interchange Entries from Visa, MasterCard, UAE CB, E-11, Merchant Set-up & Settlement, Quarterly Member reporting, Scheme Billing, Write-Offs, Expense Provisions, Card Maintenance related activities in the entity, are carried out with peak effectiveness & regulate and service quality.
Qualifications:
- a university diploma or a related discipline
- At least three years of experience organizing Settlement Operations and a thorough understanding of Payment Schemes (Visa, MasterCard, UAE CB & E-11) regulations on Interchange Settlement processing, Scheme Billing, Quarterly Member Reporting, and Merchant Acquiring Operations are required.

- By designing and implementing monitoring and dashboards, the worker will work directly with stakeholders in Corporate, Institutional, Personal Banking, Compliance, Risk, Financial, and Processes to recognize their business challenges and offer suitable Business Intelligence solutions.
- To make sure that the flow of business operations, the employee should perform technical and analytical duties.
- The worker will be in charge of designing, developing, and managing a data warehouse environment used for analytics and reporting, as well as translating business needs into standards needed to drive decision-making.
- The worker is accountable for collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities for better data management and delivery; gathering business requirements and delivering standard reports and analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance, or a Similar
- BI development experience and expertise in Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects/Cognos/Tableau, Click perceive, and others are required.
- Experience with ETL tools, data modeling, and data warehouses.
- Strong SQL knowledge demonstrated by the ability to write complex SQL queries in Sybase, MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and Informix, such as T-SQL.
- 6+ years of business intelligence expertise, enterprise-level data warehouse/business intelligence projects
- Encounter with ETL – mappings and transformations
- Solid understanding of financial services procedures and accounting practices
- Great analytical, problem-solving, and theoretical abilities are required.
- Planning and organizing abilities
- Report writing and communication abilities are required.
- Starting to think analytically and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of team
- Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
