DC V/S MI 2023: DELHI CAPITALS BET ON POWERPLAY BATTING TO WIN

The 16th match of the IPL season 2023 is set to take an overwhelming turn as the team titans Mumbai Indians confront Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on the 11th of April at 7:30 pm.

The sluggish starters managed to retreat their last game against the Chennai Super Kings with 157/8 in 20 overs despite batting first. The team CSK left no crumbs by taking 3 wickets and 11 balls to spare.
However, bowlers Ishan Kishan and Tim David managed to score 32/21 and 31/22 but CSK never really let the Mumbai score settle.

Delhi Capitals

The Delhi Capitals are earnestly seeking a comeback after their 3 concurrent losses at the IPL 2023. This IPL season observed the Delhi Capitals lose to Lucknow Super Giants by 50 runs. DC also fretted their scoreboard with a terrible 57-run loss to Gujarat Titans. DC’s assistant coach, Pravin Amre comments on the importance of diligently carving a game strategy that invests in power play batting.
Despite the Australian opener, David Warner managing to raise a 65/55 during their match against RR, the Delhi Capitals showcased poor batting grounds by losing 2 wickets in the first over of the match whilst scoring a meander 142/9 score.
