Actor Shahid Kapoor is set to allure fans with yet another crime thriller, Bloody Daddy. The actor unveiled the first look by releasing a condescending poster through his social media handle. The actor is visualized donning a grim look striking a conversation with the eyes of the audience. Justifying the film’s title, the actor seemed to adorn a hot-blooded look drenched in blood stains.

Bloody Daddy is the first-ever directorial OTT venture that serves as a testimony to the collaboration of actor Shahid Kapoor and director Ali Abbas Zafar. The movie is set to wrap up to make an alarming appearance at the theatres on June 9.
The movie is a classic adaptation of the 2011 French movie “Nuit Blanche” or “Sleepless Nights”. The movie ‘Nuit Blanche’ follows the story of a cop who saves his son from a cruel drug lord smuggling a cocaine drive. The movie’s theatrical OTT platform release was announced at the event called ‘Infinite Together’ at Jio Studios in association with AAZ Films, Offside Entertainment, and the Vermillion World. The producers have shared their fair share of excitement in the release of this special movie owning to their incremental investments in the movie.
Pre-movie expectations
Fans felt euphoric commenting “bloody sweet” for the release of the movie, as hopes for the feature soar high after the actor’s last release ‘Farzi’ made a noteworthy commercial success. The 42-year-old actor disclosed in an interview how he terrifically enjoyed enacting and dancing for this action-packed ride. But the actor was however concerned about the fact that if preparations of this metric were performed for an OTT release then they should reconsider their footing when releasing on the big screen. Film director Ali Abbas Zafar comments on how this film entirely revolves around the character formation of the lead actor Shahid Kapoor.
